Upon customer release of the final product design, Kenson will begin the in-house tooling process. Our Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machining capabilities allow for creation of complex tools, even in the shortest lead times. Our custom tools can be used to manufacture precision parts with distinct and sharp details including grills, undercuts, superior surface finishes and etchings.

This all-aluminum pressure-forming tool was machined in-house and enhanced with custom inserts, allowing for high-tolerance intricacies in design.	Kenson has six 3-axis and two 5-axis machines in-house allowing for time and manufacturing efficiencies.
